The annual Beating of the Bounds ceremony in May 2015 with our then Mayor, Councillor Geoff Harrison and entourage. Members of the Society attended.

Current outline programme of our walks and events

This is a general outline of our current programme.

Full details of walks are published every 4 months in the Walks Programme available only to members.

For information on changes to the Walks Programme please contact stalbansfootpaths@gmail.com

All walks are led by our members and to ensure that we can continue to offer 3 walks each week we encourage all members to become walk leaders. Help and support is readily available so that leading a walk is an enjoyable experience.
